The Easton Riverview, a luxury multifamily community in the Tampa area of Florida is now complete and ready for use. Number of units at Easton Riverview
The Easton Riverview is a 300 unit luxury community spread across 12 buildings, standing at a height of three stories each. The property offers one, two and three bedroom floor plans, ranging between 798 to 1,478 square feet. All units will be furnished with luxury amenities such as 9-foot ceilings, smart thermostats, in-unit washers and dryers, and walk-in closets. However, some select layouts will feature private balconies or patios. Residents will also enjoy the large kitchen islands set up with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
The Easton Riverview has several common area amenities including a swimming pool and a round the clock fitness center. Furthermore, there are two dog parks, a conference room, outdoor gas grill station and a car wash. Residents of the community will have access to a parking area, with a holding capacity of 450 cars. Other amenities present will include EV charging stations, storage units and a coffee bar lounge. The property also has controlled access and provides round the clock maintenance services.
