Waterfront residential project on Hayat Island in Dubai being jointly developed by RAK Properties and Ellington Properties
The partnership marks Ellington Properties’ entry into the emirate. The deal marks the entry of a Dubai-based developer into Ras Al Khaimah
Leading listed real estate developer Ras Al Khaimah and Propiedades de Ellington, an award-winning real estate developer in Dubai, have signed an agreement to develop a quality beachfront residential project in a prime location on Hayat Island, Mina Al-Arab.

So far, no concrete information has been given on the costs of the waterfront residential project, the completion date or the number of apartments.
El mes pasado, Propiedades RAK opened Bay Views Residences, a beachfront development on Hayat Island. To date, the developer has completed more than 3,000 homes, 372,000 square meters of office space and 260,000 square meters of retail projects.
The new project is part of RAK Properties’ larger master plan for Hayat Island with Angel Bay, a destination for outdoor recreation, residential clubs, dining, activities and entertainment.
