According to Azizi, construction is well underway with Park Avenue II construction, blocking and interior plastering is 100% complete, and the workforce in all Park Avenue buildings has reached 529 people. Farhad Azizi, CEO of , said, “We are pleased with the significant progress at Park Avenue II and look forward to expected completion in Q3 2023.” tiling, HVAC, and MEP work are now 95%, 97%, and 95% complete, respectively, while exterior work is 76% complete. The pool is 82% complete and the façade is 96% complete. He added that the overall target is now 80%.
